Renewal: every plan is paid once for the length you choose, with no contract, and nothing renews automatically. To keep watching without a break, message support on WhatsApp before your end date and pay for the next term at the same price.

More connections: plans come with 1 to 5 connections, one per screen watching at the same time. Need more screens? Tell support: connections added mid-plan are charged only a prorated share for the time left. You can also change the plan length when you renew.

Login details: they're sent to you with your setup instructions once payment is confirmed. Can't find them? Message support and we'll help you get back in. Please don't send your password in a public message.
